General Information About Private Arenal Combo: ARENAL VOLCANO + HANGING BRIDGES + LA FORTUNA WATERFALL

Experience an exclusive and private day immersed in the lush Costa Rican rainforest while exploring three of Arenal's most famous sites. Welcome to our Arenal Highlights COMBO Tour, a tailored journey through La Fortuna, Costa Rica. Join us for an exceptional day where you'll explore the Arenal Hanging Bridges, embark on a serene nature hike leading to Arenal National Park (the closest point to the Arenal Volcano), enjoy a delicious lunch, and then visit the massive and breathtaking La Fortuna waterfall.

Our team of expert bilingual naturalist guides will provide convenient hotel pickup and transport you to a prime viewpoint that offers breathtaking vistas of the majestic Arenal Volcano. As you traverse the trails and bridges, you'll have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the region's diverse birdlife, lush flora, and rich rainforest vegetation. This adventure is tailor-made for nature enthusiasts looking to discover the natural beauty of Costa Rica.

The well-designed trails accommodate individuals of all fitness levels. During your 2.5-hour expedition, you'll be immersed in the remarkable flora and fauna of the tropical rainforest, with ample opportunities to spot a wide variety of bird and plant species. Walk across hanging bridges that provide stunning panoramic views of the Arenal Volcano, all while navigating safe and easily accessible trails. Along the way, you'll encounter wildlife as you cross 15 distinct bridges, including 6 remarkable suspended ones.

During my recent visit to Mistico's hanging bridges, I was astounded by the abundance of birdlife. I had the privilege of observing an iridescent Turquoise-browed Motmot, displaying vibrant shades of green and blue, perched just a few feet away along the trail. I captured some remarkable photographs of this encounter. Despite initial concerns that our 6-year-old companion might tire, she maintained her enthusiasm throughout the journey, captivated by our guide's insights. She even enjoyed a refreshing dip near a waterfall along one of the trails.

Please keep in mind that appropriate footwear is essential for this adventure. We highly recommend wearing closed-toe shoes, such as tennis shoes or hiking boots, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
